Scrivener Save the Cat Screenwriting Template

I’m looking for a free Save the Cat screenwriting template for Scrivener 3.1.6.0.

I have found several templates for novel writing, but not screenwriting.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’m using STC for my novel series in Scrivener together with Aeon Timeline, which syncs with Scrivener. I don’t have experience with screenwriting, but to my mind, this could work:

Aeon Timeline has a screenwriting template*.

Here’s what some of the tabs look like out of the box with the screenwriting template selected and no modifications for the STC beat structure (I’ll get to that below):

Assuming this could work for you, you’ll want to set up a STC beat structure. I show a little of how I did that in a video** I’ve posted here:

*The screenshots are from the Aeon Timeline beta 3.5, which should be released before long. I don’t recall if the current version 3.4 has the screenwriting template and I can’t check. You can get a free trial and see if it’s there in 3.4.

All of that said, if you have no budget to purchase Aeon Timeline, then this obviously isn’t going to work for you. Still, I hope it was worth mentioning.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I think I’ll keep looking for an importable template.

I’ll probably end up recreating the STC beat sheet myself anyway.
