Hi,
I need to use “Research Files as shortcuts” All the time.
I have gone through my Document (in its early stages) and converted Embedded images and Videos all to External links, because I know I will have hundreds…

However going forward I want to quickly import images and videos as shortcuts.
There is a shortcut to import but
(1) I cannot find a way to add a shortcut for Files-> Import → Research Document as Shortcut?
(2) a Key combination, I can hold down to drag in a file as a shortcut (i.e. As a “Research Document as Shortcut”

Hi

If the function is not listed in options / keyboard and therefore can’t be assigned a shortcut, you can still achieve somewhat the same using an AutoHotKey script.

(But that I can’t help with. I don’t know AHK enough. But some users here are good at it.)

In the meanwhile there is always Alt,f,m,r (for English anyway).
