When will the update for Ventura be live?
Which update exactly? The current version seems to be working just fine with Ventura.
A few people reported having to reinstall the Scrivener app and there seems to be a quirk with Stage Manager. It’s working just fine here.

There’s no immediate need for one though, as far as we users can see.
