Hi,
I’m trying to upgrade to Scrivener 3. I purchased in 2020 and qualify for the free upgrade. The installation has gone through that process and confirmed but it is just hanging now with an empty window and on the Scriverer Trial window where it is marked “Free” with coupon details, it just says “Buying”.
What should I do?
