Hi,
New user here. I would like to know if there’s a simple way to finalize my Scrinever projects on Affininty Publisher. I will not use InDesign. I need a good app to format the final book. Thanks.
If you haven’t already, I’d recommend taking a look at our Interactive Tutorial, available from the Help menu. It’s a good overview of Scrivener’s fundamental operations. Among other things, it introduces the Compile command, which is how you get your work out of Scrivener.
The short answer to your question is that Affinity Publisher can automatically flow text from Word or RTF into your design, so just Compile into one of those formats from Scrivener.
Affinity Publisher is a full-featured desktop publishing application, though. It can do a lot more than just put text in boxes. Depending on how complex your design is, you’ll need to decide at what point to transition between the two tools.
Thanks. Compiling to Word of RTF seems a good solution. I bought Scrivener yesterday. I will look at the Interactive Tutorial.

Find Joe Michael’s many videos, some of them free webinars. He’s a great Scrivener coach and is the guy behind Learn Scrivener Fast that takes some of the pain out of getting started.
