I have a pain in the butt scrolling bug. When I click different sections of what I am writing in Scrivener and back to the section I am typing my work on, it scrolls several lines up. I would love to send you pictures, but I get an error doing so. I am about to stop using Scrivener unless you fix this.
Do you have typewriter scrolling turned on?

Snip: Win+Shift+S to initiate snipping in Windows. Screen fogs up.
Use your mouse to click on the top left corner of the area you want to snip and drag it to the lower right corner, forming a rectangle of the picture.
The highlighted area is coped to memory.

This is assuming a moderator has upped your trust level, which I assume was done since the opening of the message indicates you’re a long-standing member of the forum.
If on Windows 11, you should have a Gallery folder by now that has a direct link to all your pictures, including your snip history folder in File Explorer.
