When I scroll using my track pad the document continues to drift past the point where I have released the scrolling action. I am running Mac OS 14.3.1 on a MacBook Pro. Scrivener 3.3.6. The project is not particularly large - 30,000 words at the moment.

Are you sure it is not a feature of your laptop ?
I run a PC, (Windows), but if I scroll fast then release the scroll will continue. (Like I gave it a swing, sort of.) That’s a trackpad setting in my computer, not Scrivener related.

You could test it in another app. If it behaves the same (or not), then you’ll know.
No, it’s not that as it does not do this in any other app. I tried the ‘zap gremlins’ function and that seems to have fixed the problem for the moment.
