Search for shortcut to black screen (full screen?)

Hi everybody

I have now the latest version of Scrivener for Windows. With the previous one with the shortcut F11 appeared a total black screen where to write in white letters.
In this new version i can’t find how to reach to that.
Btw: i would prefer the screen (total screen? full screen?) to be white and the letters black.

Are you on version 3.1.6.0 or 3.1.4.1 as per when clicking on your name?
F11 still works to initiate Composition Mode on version 3.1.6.0. To change its settings, go to File > Options > Appearance > Composition Mode > Colors…
