Quick search has stopped finding all instances of words. Set up for Search in All, Operator Any Word, Included and Excluded documents. I can search my main character who is in pretty much every chapter and one one result appears in binder.
I notice that the chapter found has the normal chapter icon (page with lines on it) and all other chapters have changed to blank page icons. All chapters are showing as “Chapter” in the structure.
I’m on mac sequoia 15.5 and scrivener 3.4.
Sounds like your cloud service has come to the conclusion that parts of your project aren’t worth keeping around any more. Make sure such “smart sync” features are turned off in its settings. Along with fixing that, there should also be a way of downloading the whole project back to the drive again (usually when right-clicking on it in Finder).
