Search is not working as expected.
I created a Custom Metadata item called “SOT” so that I can select and group a subset of my documents. I have a checkbox setup in the Outliner to select these files
The Custom Metadata item appears in the Search drop-down, in its own sub-section underneath the “search in” section.
However when I enter a word that I am SURE exists in at least one document that is checked as “SOT”, it does NOT show up in the search results. Have tried multiple times, different words, etc. All other search selections are at default and are not limiting the search.
Changing the “search in” to All, immediately finds all instances of the entered word.
Please advise. Thank you…
