I thought I had read about a new feature where a selected sentence or paragraph could be given focus in the editor if you want to work on a specific area. But I can’t find anything about that now. I don’t think it’s the Dialog Focus tool (maybe it is, maybe Windows won’t get that anyway).

Solved this question. I found what I was looking for in Options > Appearance > Main Editor > Highlight Current Line.
