Select sentence and paragraph keyboard shortcuts?

I have bee looking around the forum, and in the cheat-sheets for Scrivener, but I cannot find the keyboard shortcuts for:

  • Select sentence
  • Select paragraph

I would really appreciated if someone how knows these shortcuts posts them here. Thank you.

Paragraph movement: OPT-uparrow or OPT-downarrow.
I don’t think there is a navigation option for sentences, but you can go to the end or beginning of a line with CMD-rightarrow or CMD-leftarrow, and by word with OPT-right & left arrows.

To select text with any cursor movement, just hold down the SHIFT key in addition to the other modifier keys.
