No, and it likely never will be. There is no intention of turning the binder into the Outliner feature, bit by bit (this is only one of the many things we’ve had requested ported over to it), because we already have the outliner feature. Here is a post with some tips on how to make that work. In some projects, I close the binder and use the outliner instead! This is even more viable these days, with copyholders making it possible to load up to four things at once.
