I seem to have fixed my most frustrating problem.

Scrivener
Scapple
Even Scrivener Installation

All failed silently. No errors in the logs.

I replaced my network router and sped up my connection. They work again.

Fingers crossed.

Doesn’t work again.

There is something going on with Windows 10. A library or a compiler or something has changed. It worked before without fail, on the same machine.
