I used snapshot for the first time earlier today, and now several folders are blank in the document. Two are folders I snapshotted, two are folders I didn’t snapshot. I saw these problems when I reopened the project after saving/closing. The first was a folder I had snapshotted before closing. The second was a folder I snapshotted after reopening, and the folder became empty. I clicked through the other folders in the project, and two were empty. What’s going on?
I have recovered the project from a .bak file, renamed the .bak file, renamed the damaged file and closed it (autosaved on closing). So, no data loss, but I really don’t want this to happen again.
Where is your project folder stored. On the computer or a cloud service. I would back up every project now and then see if this problem occurs in just one project or all of them.

Snapshots duplicate Sections and save them as separate files. It does not ‘blank’ files unless you cut text from a Section and paste it into a Snapshot.
There are other, well known, reasons documents may appear empty.
