For some reason, the final 3 sections of my manuscript are not being included in the compile list. I have checked each one to be “included in compile” but the do not show up in the compile window. I then put them into a folder and checked “include in compile” but they still do NOT show up in the compile window and do not compile.
What am I missing? Please help.
Even though you’ve checked Include in Compile, are they in the Draft/Manuscript folder or is the folder they are in outside the Draft/Manuscript?

You hit the nail on the head. For some reason, they were outside the Manuscript. I right-clicked and moved them inside the manuscript and voila! They now appear in the compile window.
