Someone’s post ended up on my account.
Why do you believe that this person’s post is “in” your account? Everything looks pretty normal from my point of view.

One of your posts ended up there briefly (on accident) as I was cleaning up. Since the post was in that thread for a few seconds the system has merely tagged it as being one you participated in. It’s nothing to worry about, and will probably go away in a week.
