Split at Selection with Selection as Title in v 1.1

Has the Split at Selection with Selection as Title funcitonality changed in v 1.1. I seem to remember that I could highlight an entire line and then select that option to perform a split, but now when I try it the selection is greyed out. If I select only a couple of words from a line it works.

Any thoughts?

Split Selection at Title has always been limited to selections with 100 characters or less.
