Strange issue in Scrivenings mode

I’ve attached a screen shot of a strange issue I’m seeing when navigating using the binder and with the editor set to Scrivenings. For context, I am navigating using collapsed folders (Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc), though each folder has multiple child documents and folders within.

As you can see, when I select a folder, the top half of the top sentence is cut off. I can easily scroll up to show the missing sliver. The issue persists even after I do so, navigate away and then return. It will also persist if I place the caret in the top line, navigate away and return. Is this a bug? I can’t think of any settings that would affect this.

I am using Scrivener 3.1.4 with macOS 10.14.6.

I also have a screen recording of the behaviour, but don’t seem to be able to attach that to this post.

As an additional point of info, it doesn’t matter whether I am navigating to folders or documents, or hierarchical level. The issue is present in all documents/folders. I have reset project display settings (even though it is present in all projects) and restarted my laptop. No change unfortunately.
