I did a search for only documents with a certain keyword; worked well. Now I need to search the entire project but it seems stuck in the keyword search. Words I know for a fact are dispersed throughout the project (like certain character names) are not coming up at all. It seems to only search for them in the documents marked with the keyword from that previous search.
I’ve gone into the project keywords and set the search for all documents:
Hi Stroppy. If you click on the magnifying glass rather than the chevron to its right, that should place your cursor in the search field. Then, you can click the magnifying glass to the left of that search field.
That will show the search options. You can click the “Reset Search Options” at the bottom of the list. That should correct this.
Thank you thank you!!! I knew this function was there somewhere, that I’d in fact just used it, but couldn’t for the life of me find it. Thought I was losing my mind. Sometimes Scrivener has too many options, it’s hard to keep track of them haha. (Mostly kidding, I love the flexibility).
