[Suggestion] Allow customizable status bar

System specs:
Scrivener v. 2.9.0.10
Windows 10

Current behavior:
One can only customize the main toolbar and the “format” toolbar

Expected behavior:
One is able to customize the status bar in a similar fashion to the other two.
