Apologize if this is obvious and I am just missing it.

How do I change the text background color for a single document in my draft folder (to contrast it with other docs)?

In the prefs, I can change it universally, but I just want to change the color of one document.

There’s no way of doing this - there is just a single background colour for all documents.
