Text Statistics only shows at scene level

The menu function: Project, submenu: Text Statistics only works at scene level, not chapter or project/book level.

You have to select multiple documents in the binder to get Text Statistics to sum up the word/character counts in those documents. If you want statistics for your entire draft (not research or other materials outside of the draft folder), use Project statistics.

OK, thanks, that works.

Only thing is, word usage statistics normaly makes more sense at project/book level. And the menu item is under the “Projects” tab, one would expect it to then function at project level?

  • but that opinion might not be universal. (I am not a Mac user, so I’m evaluating this from a totaly fresh perspective.)

All in all quite a nice piece of software.

Any place one can post suggestions?
