This is what happens when I try to open a scrivener file from my Dropbox. Tunes? Really

I just get this message. I even get this message when I create a new scrivener file on my iPhone and save it.

Do you get it if you create it on the iPhone, sync it, close Scrivener on the iPhone (double tap the home button and swipe up Scriv to remove from memory), restart Scriv and re-open the project?
Or do you get it after having opened the project on another computer in between?
