This message pops up and the activation of my CD key is shut down.

There is a problem where the program returns to the deactivated state after this message is displayed.
Even if the CD key is re-entered, the same symptom is repeated when turned off and on.

It is very cumbersome to re-enter the CD key each time I use Scrivener.
I am not sure why I am getting this error. I sent an e-mail to the company, but it didn’t keep replying.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

If you have emailed windows.support@literatureandlatte.com then we would have replied to you. Please check your junk mail folders or try again. There are several possible fixes for this, depending on the cause and it’s not easy for us to provide support for licensing issues on the forum due to privacy concerns.
