"To-do" labels on cork-board items?

Hi there,
I expect there’s a simple answer for this.
In the Scrivener manual, I ofter see cork-board images like this one:

As you can see, there’s a “To-do” label (or whatever one might call it) over one of the entries.

How is this achieved?

If @November_Sierra’s response is too cryptic, use View → Corkboard Options → Display Status Stamps to make the Status appear on the Corkboard. To set the value for a given document, look in the lower right of the Inspector pane.

Thank you both.
I had never ventured into the “Corkboard options”. There’s always so much more to learn about this app, even though I’ve been using it since V1.
