My compiled table of contents is different than my manuscript version. I attempted to edit it, but no luck. Any advice?
If you compile the whole manuscript, I think that you will get chapter 1 titled “Chapter 1” and the subsequent chapters titled with their number only.
If so, that means that the section layout they go through is missing “Chapter_” in the title, in front of <$n>.
If the complete title in your manuscript is from your documents’ title in the binder, then you could simply tweak your compile format to use that.
