Is the tool bar only partially configurable? I want to add printing and save commands to the toolbar but don’t see them as available? If not, could I put this in as a feature request (all menu commands configurable for toolbar).?

Right, it isn’t the kind of toolbar you are thinking of, where every single command in the program is meant to be in it. Only a select few features are provided as options, and there are no plans to change that.
As for saving, that would be unnecessary, as the software auto-saves. By the time you get your mouse up to the toolbar to click on the icon it would have already been done.
