trouble with registering my copy

I received back an order history for eSellerate today. when I entered the codes provided, none worked.

(note that I have replaced some digits with XXX.) entering the serial number didn’t work. did this happen because the registration number only applies to my old computer and not to this one? or what? for user name I entered my name. I tried doing it again with my e-mail address, which also didn’t work.

yes, I knew about whitespace and (at least initially) I used the same name.

anyway, I tried it again just now and I registered it just fine. thankyew!
