I downloaded the program a few days ago, and took the time to work with the tutorial the first day. However, now when I want to go back and check a few questions, the text of the tutorial is gone. The different folders, document titles and what not are still there in the binder, but there is no text. I didn’t do anything other than what the tutorial said to do, and unfortunately I have no idea how to duplicate this. 
When you created the tutorial you gave it a file name and saved it into a specific location - for example mine is saved in my Documents folder and titled ScrivTut.scriv. It will appear like a standard Windows folder with a .scriv extension.
Simply delete this folder.
Next, go to the help menu and select ‘Open Tutorial’.
This will create a brand new tutorial project for you again.
