I get window with this information:
Error in Installer/Unable to initialize installer/OK
in Windows 10 Pro.
What can I do?

Is your Windows version currently set to run in S mode?
That would prevent you from installing anything that is not from the Microsoft store.
Else, it might be your antivirus blocking it. (?)
Thank you for good and quick answer. It was VirusScope from Comodo. I switched it out for a quarter and installed Scrivener.
