I have run across this while the Inspector is visible; windows resize normally when it isn’t. When the inspector is activated, the window’s height expends to maximum, hiding the footer under my taskbar. Clicking and dragging either corner to adjust height won’t allow it, although width adjusts normally.
I am using Windows 7 32-bit with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 3GB RAM.
BTW, temporarily moved the taskbar to the side of the monitor so I could see the icons at the bottom of the Scrivener window.
