Is there a more recent list of which placeholders work in the Windows version and which don’t? This helpful list unfortunately includes placeholders that don’t work for me:

It doesn’t mention any distinction between Windows and Mac but I’m assuming that’s the reason that figure and table numbering streams are not working for me.
