Upgrade, but web does not recognize my email

I downloaded 2.0. When I wen to pay the upgrade online, the web site did not recognize my email address. So, now it is “try” mode. But I’m curious about why the email is not working.

When I try to upgrade within 2.0, it claims that my registration is invalid.


Well, I knew I was getting old… But this old? :blush: :unamused:

Anyway, when I used the correct email (different than most software purchases), everything worked like a charm.

Have been working with it off and on for three hours. Everything looks great, and works very well.
