I say this because L&L are normally pretty good at responding. Obviously they are in a different time zone to many markets.

Apart from that, have you done a licence search on the L&L web site? There is a way to look up your licenses on the L&L site. If you’ve purchased the upgrade, it should give you the license number required to take it out of trial mode.

YES, Of course I entered my licence, I did write such in my question. I recieved an email but it states the same circular info that is on the website, so its of no help whatsoever. All I want to do is upgrade and I have my licence etc but still keep getting the same silly message… Have not heard from a human as yet from support

Why are you publishing your licence code on an open forum? That bit of negligence alone will lead to someone taking hold of your unique code and using it or selling it off.

Thank you. Just wasnt thinking, so frustrated re the whole business, just didnt think. I thought I would show the message in case customer service could advise. Thanks, I removed it. It cant be used without verification of my email address.
