Using right click to see the number of words of a selection

Hi,
Why to have to use right click to see the number of words of a selection ?
…That could appears in the bottom of the screen, for example.

It was more complicated to take that route, so we used this method for now. It will be improved in the future to be dynamic so that whenever there is a selection in the editor, the footer bar will show the statistics for the selection instead of the whole document. When doing so, the text will turn blue to indicate that alternate counting is going on.
