It looks like you are missing a number somewhere in there, which may be lending to the confusion, but it is: Year_Month_Day_Hour_Minute_Second, in local time. 24 hour time used, as is descending order of the values, so that it sorts naturally by date and time in folder views, when you have several of them together.
