I´m using Scrivener 1.9 in Windows. It was perfect but suddenly when I press enter I dont get the double space in the beginning of the phrase. Ive looked in the forum but didnt get an answer. Im sorry of my poor English.
Have you somehow changed your formatting under Tools > Options > Editor? Check the ruler there to see that you still have your first line indent where you want it. You can change the first line indent in your Editor settings by dragging the first line indent (it looks like an upside-down triangle) along the ruler, or by right-clicking on the ruler where you want the indent to be then choosing “Set First Line Indent.” If you find the ruler difficult to use, you can click on the line spacing dropdown menu and select “More…” then manually type in your preferred value for the first line indent.
If it’s only happening in one document, you probably inadvertently changed the first line indent there. The easiest way to get it back to your default formatting is to select the document in the Binder, then use the Documents > Convert > Formatting to Default Text Style… option.
