Can anyone tell me if the Scrivenings option no longer exists? I can’t find it anywhere.

It’s part of Scrivener’s core functionality. It’s not going anywhere.
It’s on the View menu. If it’s not available there, it’s because you only have a single document (with no sub-documents) selected.
