Which Visual C++ Redistributable should I use?

I have the current version of Scrivener for Windows, v. 1.9.9.0 from Oct. 03, 2018.
I’m using the 64bit version of Windows 7,

Scrivener has been crashing, and the message says it’s a Visual C++ “Runtime Error!”
With Visual C++ runtime errors, the first step is to play the Microsoft Uninstall/Reinstall game.
Which version of Visual C++ should I (re)install?
