Why only 6" x 9" and 5.06" x 7.81"? There are so many different size books out there I would like to think Scrivener would offer more options. Any chance of this in the near future?
The future is now. You can define whatever page size you want in the Page Settings tab of the Compile Format editor.

Wow, great news. And thanks. Where can I find this “Compile Format editor?” I’ve looked everywhere.
Locate the format you want to use as a starting point in the lefthand pane of the main Compile screen. Right-click and choose the Edit (or Duplicate and Edit) option.
It wouldn’t hurt to at least skim the relevant chapter – “The Compile Format Designer” – in the manual before you start.
