I have Scrivener on Windows 11, MacBook and my iPhone. I’ve reached the point where I really need to have the same file synced across all three and not sure what’s the best or most stable method of doing it so I’m here for some suggestions please!
Dropbox the best. And the only sync service that works as expected on iOS. See the Scrivener Manual and the Literature and Latte FAQs on their website for configuration and usage.
I’ve bounced between iPad, MacOS, and Windows 10 (and occasionally my iPhone too) via Dropbox for years now.
Usual cloud-sync provisions apply. Make sure the sync routine finishes before sleeping/closeing the lid/powering down or disconnecting from the network.
Dropbox works (so long as you don’t get in the way).
Looks like Dropbox is the way to go, will give that a try! The aka for the advice.
