I was trying to use the Menu command (shortcut not work either) for Navigate > Go to > Enclosing group and the option will not light up to use. Is this a known bug

Does the editor have the focus? If that is the case, it works for me.
It doesn’t seem to work if the focus is on the binder.
Dunno if this intended or not. 
Your right had to be in the editor and I was trying to get it to work from the binder.
