Updates for the Windows version of Scrivener?

I bought Scrivener and Scrapple in a package deal back in 2017 or 2018 and worked happily with it for a few years. Then my writing activities stopped for a while. Now, I’d like to pick it up, again and I went back to Scrivener and Scrapple. I still like it, but my licence is not valuable, anymore. I don’t mind paying again for the package (the makers should be rewarded, too), but I do want the newest version. And there’s my question: how new is the latest version available? The difference betw…
