Is there a way to open the Quick Reference windows every time with the same zoom level and keeping their Format Bar hidden.
At the moment, every time I open a QR window, the zoom level is reset and the Formal Bar is visible.

Yes, there are a number of quality of life aspects not implemented yet that will make all of this better once they are. This is not a complete list, but in broad strokes QR panels should:

  • Remember their size and position.
  • Various display changes such as inspector visibility and orientation, including whether the ruler and format bar are showing.
  • Magnification setting.
  • Changes to each panel should be persistent through multiple sessions as well, such that each binder item has its own stored display settings.
  • If the Format Bar is hidden in the main project window, then new QR panels will follow suit.
