Further more using the email address [sales@literatureandlatte.com] on the page results in an error that the inbox is unavailable

That email address worked fine for me just now, and a note sent to it correctly appeared in our support queue. Our auto-responder does seem to be misbehaving, though. I’ll investigate further.
