What version of Scrivener, and as rms mentioned.
The current stable version of Scrivener runs on Tahoe with a couple of compile related issues, and the ‘interim build’ runs just fine on multiple installs I’ve tried.
The next update of Scrivener for macOS, Scrivener 3.5, with full macOS 26 Tahoe support, isn’t quite ready. We’re hoping to have it ready in the next week or so. However, since macOS 26 is being released today, and since Scrivener 3.4’s Compile window is completely broken on Tahoe, we want to make sure that users who wish to update to Tahoe today can do so without having to wait for Scrivener.
