Scrivener 3.45 - Interim Build with Tahoe Support

The next update of Scrivener for macOS, Scrivener 3.5, with full macOS 26 Tahoe support, isn’t quite ready. We’re hoping to have it ready in the next week or so. However, since macOS 26 is being released today, and since Scrivener 3.4’s Compile window is completely broken on Tahoe, we want to make sure that users who wish to update to Tahoe today can do so without having to wait for Scrivener. To that end, we’re making an interim build available. Click the link below to download it:

[Link removed. See above notice.]

Simply download, unzip (if your browser doesn’t automatically unzip for you), and move to your Applications folder, replacing your existing version of Scrivener.

This build is numbered 3.45 so that, if you bought Scrivener from our website, you’ll still be notified of the 3.5 build when it becomes available.

If you bought Scrivener from the App Store, you can also use this build, but will most likely want to re-download from the App Store when 3.5 becomes available there.

(Note that this build requires macOS 11 and above.)

All the best,
Keith
