Hello everyone, I’m trying out Scrivener3. I’m having a display problem.
The display of the pages has a gray background and the letters in black.
My Question: How to change the background color of the application? Thanks in advance

There are options for many of the colors, but as a first step, the best would be to try and find a theme that fits your needs.
Go to File / Options (Ctrl + , under Windows)
Default is as bland as it gets.

After that, open up a copy of the user manual from the Help menu, and jump to Appendix B.5, which covers all of the appearance options found in File ▸ Options....
