Compile inserts extra lines at top of new documents

I notice that the format of the inserted line is the same as the last line on the preceeding page.

Is Scrivener spilling over a line from each preceeding page?

This is happening in both .docx and .odt compiles.

Ah, after a bit more searching it turns out this is a known issue

Two years ago I compiled a book in Scrivener 1. After that I’ve upgraded to Scrivener 3, but I’ve imported the compile settings from Scrivener 1.
